A few helpful answers

How do the deposit and mock-ups work?

Advice and your initial digital mock-up are free. When you’re happy to go ahead, a 50% deposit starts the next stage of design work. I’ll work through the details with you, with up to seven mock-ups included overall, including the first. You approve the final artwork before I make your decal. I’ll confirm the full quote and payment details with you.

Can you help with blurry or small artwork?

Yes. Send your image and intended size so I can assess it. I can improve blurry or pixelated images, clean up artwork and convert JPEGs to PDF or SVG where suitable. If artwork clean-up is needed, the charge is £20, agreed with you before I start.

How long will my custom order take?

Usual production time is 1–3 days. I’ll confirm the timing for your project once I know the design, size and quantity. Tell me any date you need it by so I can advise on production and delivery.

What if I don’t have a finished design?

That’s absolutely fine. Share a general idea, wording, photos or inspiration, or describe the look you want. Tell me where it will go and I’ll help with the design, size, colours and a suitable finish.
