Below, you'll find some of the most asked customer questions, along with the answers to go with.
If you are unsure on the apply process of the decal you have ordered don't worry about that we do supply all our decals with a how to guide. Which shows you a step by step process in getting the perfect application.
Please note when applying on some glossy, silky, washable paints or special effect paints it can be difficult to apply a wall sticker to due to their chemical properties.
Can I have a custom decal?
Unfortunately for the minute we can't offer this. But hopefully in the near future we are looking into creating custom decals.
Can decals be reused?
Unfortunately, once you have stuck your decal to it's original surface, unpeeling it will reveal that it has lost its adhesive to be able to stick it anywhere else.
Are decals easy to apply?
Yes, the process couldn't be simpler. However with all our decals we do send out a "how to guide", which shows you the process of applying your decal to its surface.
How long do wall stickers last?We offer a three year quality guarantee with all our decals.
Why did my decal come in sections?
Sometimes when the decal is large we do have to send them in separate sections so we are able to post them out safely to you. All you will need to do is line each one up to apply. We will have numbered each section for you which will make it easier for you to line up.
Do wall decals damage the wall?
No, the high quality of our decals and adhesive which is used will prevent any damage to your wall.
Can decals be used outside?
Yes all our decals are designed for indoor and outdoor use. However if used outdoor it may affect their lifespan.
Are decals waterproof?Decals can be used in any high moisture areas. But this is the same as using them outside it may have an effect on the lifespan of them.
Are decals removeable?
Yes, all decals are removeable.
How do I know which colour is right for me?
You can view all over colours here.
Can you put decals on mirrors?
Yes, decals can be installed on mirrors.
How long should I wait after painting to install my decal?We would recommend waiting three weeks after painting before installing your decal.
Can you paint over a decal?
We would not recommend that you do this. However if you really want to, you can.
